Understand the Rules & Guidelines Before Using Our Services
Excursions Punta Cana Terms of Service (“Agreement”)
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Excursions Punta Cana (“Company”) and the person or entity booking or accessing the tours (“Customer”).
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for using our services, including booking and participating in tours. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date the Customer completes a booking or otherwise accesses the Services.
This Agreement governs both the initial booking and any future bookings referencing these terms. Excursions Punta Cana reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Services”
Refers to all tours, activities, experiences, or related products provided by Excursions Punta Cana in Punta Cana.
1.2 “Booking”
Refers to a reservation made by the Customer for a specific tour or service.
1.3 “Customer”
Refers to the individual or group who books or participates in the Services.
1.4 “User”
Refers to any individual included in a booking, whether part of a group or acting on behalf of the Customer.
1.5 “Documentation”
Refers to any materials, guides, or instructions provided by Excursions Punta Cana, including schedules, itineraries, and safety information.
2. Use of Services
2.1 License and Use
Excursions Punta Cana grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to participate in booked tours in accordance with provided documentation and instructions.
2.2 Service Delivery
Excursions Punta Cana will provide all necessary confirmations, tickets, access details, and instructions required for participation.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all Users comply with all rules, safety guidelines, and instructions.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or agreed payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued to the Customer.
3.2 Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel a booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
3.3 Changes to Bookings
Excursions Punta Cana reserves the right to modify tour schedules or itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
In such cases, Customers will be offered:
A rescheduled date, or
A full refund if the tour cannot proceed
